Cancellation & Refunds

At Hotel DNU Palace, we understand that plans can change. We have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our guests and our property.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the standard check-in time (2:00 PM) will be processed without any cancellation fee. Full refund of any advance payment will be initiated.
• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the standard check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room charge.
• No-Shows: If you fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it will be treated as a No-Show. The reservation will be cancelled, and a fee equivalent to one night's room charge (or the full booking amount for non-refundable rates) will apply.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking process. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Non-Refundable Rates & Special Offers

Certain promotional rates, early bird specials, and festive season bookings may be clearly marked as "Non-Refundable". In these cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows regardless of the time of cancellation.

Early Departures

If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee, which is typically equivalent to one night's room rate.
