1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through our website, via phone, or in-person are subject to availability. To secure a reservation, valid contact details and advance payment or payment guarantees may be required. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests upon check-in.

3. Guest Behavior

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with hotel rules regarding noise, smoking, and public conduct. Hotel DNU Palace reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises without a refund if their behavior is deemed unacceptable or disruptive.

4. Liability

Hotel DNU Palace will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guest property or valuables left in the rooms or public areas. We strongly advise guests to use the secure storage facilities provided.
